1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a pnlwin account, accessing the pnlwin website, or using any pnlwin service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and pnlwin.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pnlwin platform and close your account. Continued use of pnlwin following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pnlwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming. pnlwin strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pnlwin, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pnlwin or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pnlwin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) pnlwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your pnlwin account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Register the account in your own name only. Accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your pnlwin login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

pnlwin may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pnlwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pnlwin supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawal fees: None charged by pnlwin (third-party payment provider fees may apply)
• Processing time: Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to verification requirements.

pnlwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. Funds deposited into your pnlwin account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform and may not be transferred to other users.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pnlwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• pnlwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on pnlwin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness. The outcome of each game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by pnlwin or any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pnlwin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. pnlwin's decision in such matters is final.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pnlwin platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with pnlwin games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to pnlwin immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the pnlwin platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing pnlwin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any other person to use your pnlwin account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pnlwin staff or other players.

8. Privacy & Data

pnlwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering a pnlwin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pnlwin platform — including but not limited to the pnlwin logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of pnlwin or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pnlwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pnlwin content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pnlwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pnlwin platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

pnlwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pnlwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pnlwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves financial risk. pnlwin strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. pnlwin is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay on the platform.

11. Termination

pnlwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pnlwin reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

You may close your pnlwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pnlwin operates in compliance with the guidelines and regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with respect to online gaming activities in the Philippines.

13. Amendments

pnlwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pnlwin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pnlwin platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using pnlwin and close your account.
